Deadlines & Forms Checklist

Below is a list of important deadlines and forms that must be completed on time to ensure a smooth running of your event and to ensure you get the best possible rates on stand orders.

Failure to complete the below in time will result in late fee surcharges for stand orders and may affect you ability to build / show live demonstrations on your stand or during speaker sessions.

The Easyfairs web shop for orders will be live from the 17th May 2024. All exhibitors will be informed of its opening via communication. Please ensure to place any stand orders for stand fitting, electrics, graphics, AV, furniture or flooring by the 1st September as orders after this date are subject to a 20% late surcharge and graphics / floor coverings may not be accepted.

Live demonstration form

*This form will be live on the 16.06.24 and a notification will be sent via email.
 
Please note any submissions after the 27th August may not be approved in time or given permission to demonstrate.
 

Required for form completion – ID of persons carrying out treatment / Method statement / Risk assessment / Public liability insurance / Certificate of competence / Copy of pre & post care advice  / Sample of patient consent form / Licence from council / Proof of GMC registration

*For all exhibitors performing live demonstrations on stands or during speaker sessions

Space only submission form

*This form will be live on the 16.06.24 and a notification will be sent via email.

Please note any submission sent after 27th August may not be approved in time and given permission to build

Required for form completion – Detailed stand plans including all measurements & dimensions / stand builders public liability insurance / space only build risk assessment / space only build method statement / type of flooring / space only health & safety declaration / construction phase plan

*For Space Only exhibitors or contractors building their own stand at the show

Web shop closes

Easyfairs Web Shop closes for stand orders. Any orders past this date will be need to be made onsite, subject to onsite surcharges and may not be possible.
