Contractor Passes 

During build up and breakdown all contractors & exhibitors will sign in with security on access to the hall. Everyone entering must have read the Site Rules & Emergency Procedures. On confirmation of this all contractors and exhibitors will be given a CDM wristband for access. 

Exhibitor Badges for Show Open

Registration onsite will no longer be possible. You will be provided with a link to register your stand personnel and badges will be available for collection onsite during build-up. Please contact isabell.wise@easyfairs.com if you do not have access to this link.

Smart Badge Readers for Show Open

You may have multiple Smart Badge scanners as part of your stand package, so be sure to check in your MyEasyfairs account. These are an invaluable sales tool for your stand, allowing you to promote specific products/services and collect data on visitors to your stand. Make sure you assign your Smart Badge readers in MyEasyfairs ahead of the show and brief your stand personnel on how to employ these vital tools to maximise your ROI.
