Please download and return the grid plan to ccr_ops@easyfairs.com. The grid plan is essential for us to know where you will need the items that will appear on your stand, this includes items included in Elite packages plus any orders items for all stands.

It is especially important that electrical sockets and stand fitting items are correctly indicated to avoid any delays or costs on site.
